Bio-Soft Matter Physics
A one-day gathering on the physics of soft biological matter — membranes and biopolymers, active and living materials, fluctuations and self-organization across scales.
Bio-soft matter physics sits at the meeting point of statistical physics, soft condensed matter, and the living world — where entropic elasticity, thermal fluctuations, and non-equilibrium activity shape membranes, biopolymers, and cellular machinery. This informal, single-day workshop brings together a small group of researchers to share recent work and open questions at these frontiers.
The day is built around five invited talks with generous time for discussion and an afternoon poster session. There are no parallel sessions — the aim is a focused, conversational atmosphere.
// Placeholder program — speakers, titles, and poster list to be confirmed. Timings are flexible.
Attendance is free and open to all. Registering is optional but helps us plan seating, catering, and the poster session.
